New Year - New Pricing

January 15th, 2026

A little about the metal market:

As you may or may not have noticed, the metal market has been steadily increasing over the last few years with a rapid spike in market pricing during the last year. For the first time in metal history, gold broke $4000 /per troy oz. A troy oz is a little different than a regular oz, as its intention is the measurement of precious metals and gemstones only.

A standard oz is measured at 28.32 grams while a troy oz is measured at 31.1 grams.

Our metal market is determined by supply and demand as most sales are, however, the numbers are also influenced heavily by global economic conditions, changes, and trading. With many occurring events happening in the last few years, we have seen a spike unlike any other in history with our precious metal markets.

While the cost of metal has increased and continues to steadily climb, we will do our best to create affordable jewelry. This might mean the marriage of different materials, smaller pieces, or utilizing metal trade in.

Metal trade in is exactly what is sounds like. If you have old, outdated, broken, or even pieces which no longer serve you, you might be able to use this as metal credit. This is a nice way to sometimes repurpose items that may hold sentimental value yet, are not to your taste. This option absolutely requires a scheduled consultation with the owner, Kevin. As he is the only one who holds the certificates ensuring safe, proper, and legal care of ones jewelry specifically being used as scrap intake. We also want to make it known that the legal standards of this process includes the holding of jewelry and metal goods for a total of 30 days prior to it being re-purposed of melted down as scrap. During the wait we can have conversations about the repurposing or the redesigning with the use of credit or items, however, you will note that the waiting period is mandatory per the states regulations and requirements.
